Targeted Circle“Deals unaspected damage to target and all enemies nearby it with a potency of 370 for the first enemy, and 50% less for all remaining enemies.

Toxikon II is an action unlocked at level 82. It is available for Sage.
Related traits
Addersting (Lv. 66) - Grants 1 stack of Addersting when the barrier granted by Eukrasian Diagnosis to any party member or the barrier granted by Eukrasian Prognosis to self is completely absorbed.
Offensive Magic Mastery II (Lv. 82) - Upgrades Dosis II to Dosis III, Phlegma II to Phlegma III, Eukrasian Dosis II to Eukrasian Dosis III, Dyskrasia to Dyskrasia II, and Toxikon to Toxikon II.
Magick Mastery (Lv. 94) - Increases the potency of Dosis III to 370, Toxikon II to 370, and Pneuma to 370.

- The potency of the Kardia healing effect is 130 until
Enhanced Healing Magic is learned at Lv. 85. - Damage potency is 330 until Magick Mastery is learned at Lv. 94.
- This spell has the same attack potency as
Dosis III. However, since generating Addersting requires casting a non-attack first, the total attack potency over both casts is actually half the amount of casting Dosis III twice. Similarly, the need to generate Addersting with a non-attack results in just over half the total attack potency of two 
Dyskrasia II. For this reason, it is best used as a movement tool for when casting other attacks is not possible.
