This notorious monster (NM) is commonly referred to as "crab" by the player base and is highly desirable due to the rare chance to drop speed-boosting equipment, which can also be sold on the Market Board for a premium. In many data centers, players will often spawn it as soon as possible and not wait for others to arrive before engaging the boss, so to maximize one's chance to earn rewards, one should be near the FATE spawn area if there is an upcoming spawn window in the instance.
Only spawns during Fog weather at least 2 real-life hours since it was last spawned in the current instance. Spawning this NM is more straightforward compared to the other high-value Pagos NM 
Cassie and the Copycats because the requisite Val Snipper mobs are weak.
King Arthro cannot spawn if another NM is up (excluding Eternity and the two bunny FATEs Down the Rabbit Hole / Curiouser and Curiouser). If another NM does spawn, it is necessary to clear that to allow King Arthro to spawn. Players who decide to clear the blocking NM should have 
Return off cooldown, allowing them to quickly return to the arena afterwards (via returning to the Icepoint aetheryte and then traveling to the Geothermal Studies aetheryte). This is because in many data centers, King Arthro tends to be immediately pulled upon spawning without waiting for others to arrive. In addition, the boss itself is weak and tends to go down in less than a minute with a few dozen players fighting it, so anyone who is slow to arrive is unlikely to qualify for loot.

Cassie Earring, the 
Blitzring is a unique item. If you already have one but are farming more for profit, make sure it is stored in a retainer, or the new ring will be lost if it drops.

Used to drop 
Speed Belt prior to patch 6.0, when belts were removed. Any existing Speed Belts can be exchanged at a Calamity Salvager for the Blitzring.
