Memeto the Meek

Memeto the Meek was the wife to the late Lalafuto III, the sultan of Belah'dia. Following his sudden disappearance followed by a year and a half long search, Memeto was crowned the sultanate in his place. At this time, rumors abound regarding whether or not he had simply fled the kingdom or had been assassinated. There were also rumors regarding a "secret treasure" he had left behind.

While the treasure turned out to be real, all it contained were love letters penned to his mistress detailing his desire to flee with her. While this did give credence to the theory that he simply escaped to be with the woman he loved, it did also bring more evidence that he was in fact slain by his wife.
