Koh Rabntah is a Miqo'te found in Mor Dhona. After completing 
Delve into Myth, Koh Rabntah's permanent location will be (34.7, 19.3), by the entrace to 
Eureka Orthos. She will provide various lore surrounding the dungeon and its bosses. As the player progresses in the deep dungeon, new entries will be unlocked.

“Koh Rabntah is a twenty-eight-year-old researcher with the Sons who, when exploring the newly unearthed Crystal Tower complex, came upon an orb of mysterious origin. Upon closer examination of the artifact back at the Son's camp, she awoke the soul that slumbered therein—Noah, the famed Third Astral Era archmagus of Allag and court-appointed instructor of Unei and Doga of the imperial family. In that moment, Noah's spirit escaped its crystalline gaol and flowed into Koh's body, taking possession of it as a temporary vessel.
Koh and Noah are as different as north and south. Noah displayed great passion toward both her research and apprentices, and was known to oft behave with wild abandon. Indeed, it appears that the imprisonment of her spirit was the result of an uncontrolled bout of simple curiosity. Koh, by contrast, is a woman as timid as she is shy. When the archmagus returns control of her body—usually after an extended night of drink and debauchery—the Keeper of the Moon is in a constant state of fluster, owing to the excess attention Noah commands while she is in control.— Encyclopædia Eorzea vol 1, page 200

Koh Rabntah: Koh has withdrawn inside herself, seemingly content to listen rather than speak. I see little reason to gainsay her decision. Koh Rabntah: Such are the choices one must make when sharing a vessel. I have an obligation to fulfill to you, besides, so if there are any questions burning a hole in your mind, you have the full cooperation of Archmagus Noah.

Koh Rabntah: The tomestone inserted into Excalibur's storage unit contains detailed records on the weapon in question. Koh Rabntah: I realize that the adventurers of today care little for such dry records aside from where market value is concerned, but that is your own fault for not knowing how to use them. Koh Rabntah: Fortunately, it was a simple matter for me to program the synthesis node to import the design elements recorded therein, and the resulting Excalibur-themed accoutrements should suffice to pique your interest. The weapon was a true work of art, after all.

Koh Rabntah: Since you leapt into the jaws of danger at my behest, I feel it is my duty to reward you for your thoroughness. Koh Rabntah: Although the debt I owe cannot be paid by material goods, I hope this aeturna I came across in an experimental vat will provide some measure of satisfaction. It appears to be friendly. Koh Rabntah: If left in the facility, its fate would have been a short life of loneliness and drudgery. But now, with you, it has many long years of derring-do ahead of it!
