Haste is an attribute that reduces the player's global cooldown (GCD) and auto-attack delay. It can be considered a more general version of skill speed and spell speed, as it reduces the cooldown for both weaponskills and spells. Each point of haste corresponds to a 1% reduction in GCD and auto-attack delay.
Unlike skill speed and spell speed, haste is only provided by very specific equipment and active only in specific field operations. The total haste the player has is not displayed in the attributes window.
