Crafting materials may be purchased from the Scrap Salvager in Idyllshire (x5.9, y7.3) Upon reaching maximum satisfaction level, the player is able to glamour Zhloe's outfit.
Rewards
Completing deliveries will give the player 
Purple Crafters' Scripss or 
Purple Gatherers' Scripss along with 
Experience. However if the class used for the delivery is level 100, no Experience is rewarded, but the player will receive Purple Crafters' Scripss or Purple Gatherers' Scripss.
