Blizzard IV (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Black Mage.
History
Patch 7.1 (2024-11-12):
- Cast time has been made instant.
- Potency has been increased from 6,000 to 7,500.
- The effect "Afflicts target with a stack of Umbral Freeze, up to a maximum of 3" has been removed.
- The duration of Umbral Ice III has been reduced from 30 to 15 seconds.
- The action now changes to High Blizzard II upon execution instead of Freeze.
Patch 6.11a (2022-05-23):
- Cast time has been reduced from 1.92 to 1.44 seconds.
- Umbral Ice III effect duration has been increased from 15 to 30 seconds.
- Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
- Potency has been increased from 1,600 to 6,000.
- The additional effect "Afflicts target with a stack of Umbral Freeze, up to a maximum of 3" has been added.
- Effect cannot be stacked with Astral Warmth.
- The additional effect "Grants Umbral Ice III" has been added.
- Effect cannot be stacked with Astral Fire.
- Action now changes to Freeze while under the effect of Umbral Ice III.
- Can now only be executed while under the effect of Umbral Ice II.
Patch 5.2 (2020-02-18): Potency has been increased from 1,200 to 1,600.- Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):
- Potency has been reduced from 1,600 to 1,200.
- MP recovery has been increased from 2,000 to 4,000.
- Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
- Potency has been increased from 1,500 to 1,600.
- Cast time has been increased from 1.8 to 2 seconds.
- No longer requires the effect of Enochian to execute.
